A fresh approach
- Bring the sport back to the centre of our attention.
- Unite a divided organisation by getting issues and misunderstandings out in the open/on the table and discuss them with respect for our differences.
- Celebrate all the good news we have in our sport and be proud of our achievements and our differences.
- Stop the self-inflicted incidents, solve long-lasting problems with decisiveness.
- Do less, but do it well. When you have a plan stick to it.
- Share responsibility with those in the field who know.
- Respect the work volunteers do.
- Identify the requirements and wishes of stakeholder groups and respond to their individual needs.
- Be accountable and transparent.
- A surprise in the field should be considered a defeat for the organisation.
But most of all: Listen and then act upon it.
