A fresh approach

  • Bring the sport back to the centre of our attention.
  • Unite a divided organisation by getting issues and misunderstandings out in the open/on the table and discuss them with respect for our differences.
  • Celebrate all the good news we have in our sport and be proud of our achievements and our differences.
  • Stop the self-inflicted incidents, solve long-lasting problems with decisiveness.
  • Do less, but do it well. When you have a plan stick to it.
  • Share responsibility with those in the field who know.
  • Respect the work volunteers do.
  • Identify the requirements and wishes of stakeholder groups and respond to their individual needs.
  • Be accountable and transparent.
  • A surprise in the field should be considered a defeat for the organisation.

But most of all: Listen and then act upon it.
